<p>The Outline app allows users with access keys to connect to the Outline server and the open web through their connected devices.</p><p>Connect to your server using your unique access key, generated by the Outline Manager. Since it’s primary function is to encrypt your device’s internet traffic, you must have an access key from an Outline server administrator in order to use it effectively. This access key contains an encryption code or password that allows your device to communicate with the Outline server.</p>

Outline Manager makes it easy to create your own VPN server. Set up your own server and
            share access keys directly from the desktop application.
      The Outline Manager application helps VPN server managers:
      
        Set up an Outline server on a cloud provider
        Manage access to it with access keys
        See anonymous usage data to balance the load across your servers
      
      Outline Manager application helps you install Outline’s software on a cloud server and
            then manage a VPN user's access to it. Even though it is an administration tool, you do
            not need technical skills to use it effectively.
