Bug fixes and performance improvements

Task timers in different parts of ui are synced together
Fix bug: Editing task name does not apply to the database
Fix bug: Drop task on a project does not update the other pages
Fix bug: Excessive CPU usage from startup until opening the calendar page
Fix bug: Sections do not have a vertical scrollbar in the horizontal layout
Fix bug: Date label shows today when the task date is in less than 24 hours before
Fix bug: Task does not move to Section when its done state changes inside task window which opens from the tasks done window
Add Russian translation
Update Turkish translation
